1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Canada Gateway Immigration Consultants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Immigration Services
Canada Gateway Immigration Consultants provides professional immigration consulting services including but not limited to: Express Entry applications, Provincial Nominee Programs, Family Sponsorship, Study Permits, Work Permits, Visitor Visas, Citizenship Applications, and Appeal Services. All services are provided in accordance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
3. Client Eligibility and Assessment
We provide initial assessments to determine your eligibility for various immigration programs. However, meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee approval by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Final decisions rest solely with Canadian immigration authorities.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Professional fees are clearly outlined in our service agreements. Payment schedules vary by service type. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we determine we cannot proceed with your case. Government fees are separate and paid directly to relevant authorities.
5. Processing Times and Outcomes
Processing times provided are estimates based on current IRCC standards and may vary. We cannot guarantee specific processing times or positive outcomes. Immigration decisions are made solely by Canadian government officials, and we cannot influence these decisions.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You are responsible for informing us of any changes in circumstances that may affect your application. Failure to provide accurate information may result in application refusal and potential immigration consequences.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and privacy laws. Information is only shared with authorized government agencies as required for processing your immigration applications.
8. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We do not guarantee immigration success and are not responsible for government decisions or policy changes.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide copies of your file upon request and payment of any outstanding fees.
10. Regulatory Compliance
Canada Gateway Immigration Consultants operates under the authority of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our consultants are licensed and regulated members in good standing with the CICC.

No Guarantee of Success: Immigration applications are subject to government approval. While we provide professional guidance and maximize your chances of success, we cannot guarantee positive outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Our services comply with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. We are licensed members of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
